Terms of use

Last updated 30 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Finally app. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. If anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement applies.

Finally is an app, not a doctor. It's built to support focus and everyday momentum, including for people with ADHD, but it isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or replace professional care. Nothing in the app, including AI-written text, is medical, psychological or financial advice. If you're struggling, please talk to a GP, therapist or other qualified professional. If you're in danger, contact your local emergency number.

Using Finally

Availability and changes

We work to keep Finally running smoothly, but features (especially AI and sync, which rely on third parties) may sometimes be unavailable. We may update the app and these terms; if the changes are significant we'll let you know in the app.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Finally is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including in the UK.
